DPON is a multifaceted and multi-talented human being. He has garnered lots of notice and earned critical acclaim from several artists and clients who have entrusted him with their music, producing beats, songwriting, sound engineering, mixing and mastering tracks for many of the next generation of cutting edge artists. He is also an enthralling live performer who connects with the audience at ease.
DPON is more than just a music producer. He is also an artist who shapes every beat of every song he works on. His intuition and a finely tuned ear create music that reflects his own sensibilities and the artistic visions of those who he collaborates with. He is easy to work with, but he is also highly focused and will fight hard for ideas that will take a rough cut to final finished art, only compromising when it is for the good of a project.
Born in West Bengal, much of his life was spent in Delhi. DPON was introduced to music by his parents by gifting him alot of audio cassettes. Picking up drums as his principle instrument at the age of 12, and further pursued it, he gave his grade exams from Trinity Music school London.
Playing with lots of artists and bands he was a familiar face in the music scene. Having been into playing instruments, he started to take interest in music production and mixing, and hence he joined State University of Performing and Visual Arts to take a 3 year degree in Sound engineering. After graduating, he shifted to Mumbai and since has been freelancing in the industry.
And In such a short amount of time , DD is now among the trending artists in the industry and is collaborating with big production houses, artists and films & webseries
